How are they made?

Our huts are made at our workshop in Walton-on-the-Naze, using a pine framework and then wrapped in a ply and waterproof building paper, we then add strong tgv pine siding on top. all our huts are primed and painted on both sides to ensure its protected from moisture. Depending on your design, roofs are normally constructed using roof trusses then a marine plywood. Doors and windows are built into rebated frames and are plywood lined for added security.

We plant a tree for every new hut we build and all our huts are painted in low VOC water based paints that are not as harsh on the environment and perfect for withstanding the elements
